Monday Keely turned 2! Wow, does time sure fly by!! She seems to be learning and growing more and more every day!We tried to make Monday mostly Keely's day (except for a family trip to Sam's). We went to IHOP for pancakes, played in the pool in the backyard, had chocolate chip cookie cake and ice cream, had homemade pizza and opened and played with presents! What a day!! (As you look through the pictures, you too can have hair like Keely's if you take a nap with uncombed wet hair!!)

ReplyDeleteThat Doodle Pro looks awesome! I like the shape pieces. We might have to look into that one. We have a little travel one that we keep in the car. Its still her fave car toy even after 4 months.
Any other fave 2 year old toys? I haven't done my birthday shopping yet!

ReplyDeleteKelley- We couldn't decide between the travel one and this one but liked the magnet shape pieces and hers has a little tray to keep them in. But that is a good idea about keeping it in the car! She also got the Leap Frog Fridge DJ...it's not as a big of a hit as the Doodle Pro but she does play with it some each day. If you find some big hits let us all know!!

ReplyDeleteFirst she liked them because they were magnets. Then she liked them because she could make them make noise. Now she likes them because of the letters. Its been a great toy.
We got her a Radio Flyer trike and a bubble machine for her birthday. I also ordered the Jesus Storybook Bible but it hasn't arrived yet. I've heard very good things about it. Oh and she's getting new bibs!
