What I'm thinking is turquoise walls, brown curtains with bright pink bows. I also picked up some bright green ribbon at the ribbon store too. But I changed my mind on the wall color last time so if you have better ideas please do share! I have also been carrying around a J and a K for awhile so thinking about using them possibly on the doors like the above example too. May put Jordan's above her bed...or I may have to get another one for the door too!
Cute bedspread, and I love your inspiration photos! I might do something with pink and green, because I love that combo, and maybe bring out the yellow too...it's hard to say before seeing it in person, though.
ReplyDeleteAs far as the utility box--I don't think there's any way to make it cuter, I'm afraid. Ours is in the living room and we have a framed watercolor covering it up. It's weird that yours is in a bedroom!
really like your ideas, Sara!! Glad we share the same love for decorating. I would just cover the breaker box up. You won't need in there too often hopefully! You could also just paint it the same color you paint the room. You could cover a bulletin board with fabric and ribbon, let Jordan hang her favorite pictures on it, etc. maybe that would cover it up??
