Keely's Spring Concert

Friday was Keely's Spring Concert. I admit that I was really looking forward to it! (I'm such a mom!) We weren't here for very many of the rehearsals for the Christmas Concert, and she has just grown so much since then too! She had been coming home singing and doing actions so I had high hopes she would sing and participate this time! Guess what? Our hopes came true! She was actually her normal outgoing self in front of LOTS of people! When each class would enter they would circle around the auditorium a few times and you could hear Keely giggling the whole time and talking to the girl in front of her -- I think encouraging her to go. Then she got up on the stage and yelled, "Dada, Dada" waving at us. (She normally calls Jacob Daddy so that was even funnier).

Keely and the other kids circling around the auditorium

Coming down the aisle before getting on the stage

I think this was "My God Is So Big"

The kids twirling each other around during one of the songs -- Keely and Chantal (her partner) were actually the main ones dancing, although Chantal kept losing her flower head piece

This is Ms. Lola, the principal at Keely's school. She was in the segment with the class doing animals. She just kept cracking us up!!

At the end, all of the classes (3 classes) came back in and sang some worship songs together

Singing "How Great Is Our God"

This motion was for the line "the splendor of the king"

In the classroom after the concert

Keely with Mrs. Ngan (her head teacher)

(She does have one more teacher but we forgot to get one with her...oops!)

What a fun year...we are going to miss these great teachers and school
